Pb-free Part Number Identification:

Components with lead (Pb) free contact pins / pads are marked in the order information with the suffix - LF. They are RoHS compliant.
Example:

Original: SX3225(4)-40M-AF-30/30/-40 Pb Pb free: SX3225(4)-40M-AF-30/30/-40-LF

The AEC specification sheet shall indicate if the device is classified as RoHS compliant (Pb-free).

Process Compatibility
The AEC specification sheet identifies the suggested solder reflow profile(s). All AEC Pb-free products are backwards compatible to earlier lower temperature reflow profile(s).

Marking and Labeling:
AEC has a Pb-free labeling method for the packaging of all Pb-free products. The lowest level shipping container shall identify the products as Pb-free
